Hi Ladies, it’s me Yvette Johnson , getting back to you as promised on the Facebook post yesterday, with the rest of my quick total body routine.

Combo Dumbbell Chest Flies/with Leg Raise -5 sets of 15 reps.  Beginners pick a light weight that you can finish reps with for all 5 sets. Intermediate to Advance pick a light weight to start with and increase as you can with each set

Combo Squat/with Dumbbell Curl and Press- 5 sets of 15 reps.  Pick a moderate weight to perform all 5 sets with.  Stand with feet slightly wider than hip width apart, holding dumbbells in hand.  As you begin to squat, curl your dumbbells toward your shoulders.  While in squat position, press dumbbells straight up overhead, then return back to shoulders, and begin releasing the curl as you stand.

Close Grip Push Ups- 5 sets of 10 reps – on your knees or feet.

This routine hits all the major body parts and should be completed in 20 minutes or less. Try it out and let me know what you think!
