Do you ever get so busy that you think that you don’t have time for a workout? Think again! Guys following is a quick 15 minute chest routine (as mentioned in my Facebook post yesterday).
Dumbbell Chest Press – 3 sets X 1-1, 2-2, 3-3, 4-4, 5-5, 6-6, 7-7, 8-8, 9-9, 10-10. Start with a weight that you can finish reps and increase by 5 – 10 lbs. each set.
Dumbbell Flyes – 3 sets a 1-1, 2-2, 3-3, 4-4, 5-5, 6-6, 7-7, 8-8, 9-9, 10-10. Pick a weight that you will use for all your sets. Something challenging that especially the last 10 reps should be taxing.
Push Ups – 3 sets to failure
Set the timer on your phone for 15 minutes and Good Luck.
